Return Process

  Log into your MiStore account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
